about township development

Township Development

Township Development Services provides government entitlements, permitting, development execution, project management, real estate brokerage and leasing, site selection, and project feasibility analysis.

Township Development was started by Kevin Vaughan in 2006. Vaughan began the company when he noticed the need for additional services in the marketplace that were not typically offered by traditional architects, engineers, and contractors. Township Development offers complete one-stop shop from the project conception to its implementation, effectively giving clients peace of mind throughout the planning process. Since its beginning, Township Development has undertaken projects ranging from the relocation and site reuse of Collierville Middle School to site selection and property negotiations for Mercedes of Collierville.

Kevin Vaughan is our “go to” guy in the Collierville area. He knows how to get things done.

about kevin

kevinKevin Vaughan is the owner and founder of Township Development Services. As both a professional engineer and real estate broker, Vaughan is able to provide valuable services for businesses looking for site selection and renovations.

A graduate of Memphis State University with a degree in Electrical Engineering, Kevin
has not been defined by his formal education. While he is accomplished enough to gain

disciplines has kept him from being labeled by his formal education. Early in his career,

this field for a number of years. A published author and guest lecturer on environmental
impacts on real estate, Kevin has been involved with the ownership of three separate
architectural and engineering firms over the last 25 years, prior to forming Township
Development in 2006.

While he has provided professional services in four countries and 39 states, Kevin has
built his reputation on a thorough understanding of his local community.
